What is RTT and how is it different from regular therapy or hypnosis?

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) combines the power of hypnosis, psychotherapy, and neuroscience to get to the root of emotional blocks and rewire them quickly. Unlike traditional therapy that may take months or years, RTT often creates major breakthroughs in just 1–3 sessions by working directly with the subconscious mind.

Will I be asleep or unconscious during hypnosis?

Nope — you’ll be deeply relaxed, but fully aware and in control. It’s more like a meditative state. You can talk, laugh, even open your eyes if needed. Hypnosis just helps your mind become more open to powerful, positive change.

Can RTT make me do something I don’t want to do?

Not at all. RTT works with your values, not against them. You’re never out of control. Think of it as a powerful collaboration between your conscious and subconscious self.

Does RTT really work for food issues and emotional eating?

Yes — especially when food is being used to soothe something deeper (which it almost always is). RTT helps you discover what’s really eating you — and shifts the beliefs causing that pattern to repeat.

How long does it take to see results?

Is hypnosis safe?

Absolutely. Hypnosis is a natural, brain-based state that you already experience — like when you’re daydreaming or lost in a book. RTT just helps you use that state with intention and guidance.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?

Everyone can be — because hypnosis is simply deep focus and relaxation. You don’t need to feel “out of it” for it to work. Most clients are surprised by how natural it feels.

Is this like stage hypnosis? Will I cluck like a chicken?

Not even close! That’s entertainment. RTT is therapeutic. It’s about healing trauma, changing beliefs, and feeling empowered — not performing tricks.

Why is it so hard to lose weight during menopause — even when I eat healthy?
